Where’s the Creek?

There’s no visible surface water on the farm, so why the name Hidden Creek?

There’s a copse of trees near the road that masks a short creek that only runs when it rains. Rainwater from the surrounding farms finds that creek, which runs to a hole and a small cave, and from there underground off to the Northwest, eventually finding the Tennessee river.
